Shipping Coverage

We deliver across Pakistan through trusted e-commerce distribution partners.

Nationwide deliveries are handled via reliable courier services, including TCS and M&P.

Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of Rs. 300/- is applied to all orders across Pakistan.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time is 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 15-day return and refund policy, which means you have 15 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

ROSHCARE will accept a return or issue a refund only if the product is found to be damaged or faulty, subject to the following conditions:

Take clear photos showing the damaged or faulty product

with complete order details and images

Once approved, send the product back in its original, sealed packaging to our provided address

Refund Process

After receiving your returned product, our team will inspect it

You will be notified whether your refund is approved or rejected

If approved, the refund will be processed through your selected refund method

Exchange Policy

ROSHCARE will exchange a product only if an incorrect item was delivered instead of the original order.

Exchange Conditions

Product must be unused and unopened

Product must be in original condition

Exchange request must be made within 15 days

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order

Cancellation depends on whether the order has been dispatched or not

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be canceled
